Savory Pistachio bliss balls

  • 200 g fresh ricotta cheese
  • 100 g mortadella
  • 100 g grated pecorino
  • chives
  • freshly grounded black pepper
  • 100 g coarsely chopped pistachio
  1. Mix ricotta cheese with grated pecorino, 30 g chopped pistachio, finely chopped mortadella and chives add freshly grounded pepper.
  2. Form a cylinder ( diam 3-4 cm ) wrap with tinfoil and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the tin foil, cut the cylinder in 2-3 cm wide slices then form a little balls and roll balls in the chopped pistachio.
  4. Place the balls into the mini paper mold and serve immediately.
