Dark chocolate slab with fruits and nuts

Serves: 6-8
  • 500 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil
  • a handful of hazelnuts, shelled, coarsely chooped
  • a handful of dried cranberries
  • a handful of almonds, shelled, coarsely chopped
  • 4-5 dried apricots
  • a handful of pistachios, shelled
  • 30 g dried mango
  1. Place the chocolate with the coconut oil or butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Spread the chocolate over the prepared tray.
  4. Sprinkle with dried fruits and coarsely chopped nuts.
  5. Set aside for 60 min or until set.
