Broccoli and lemon confit pasta

  • 380 g fresh pasta
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 4 slices of lemon confit
  • 12 green olives, pitted
  • a clove of garlic
  • Olive oil, extravirgin
  1. Clean and divide broccoli into florets.
  2. In a large pot, bring plenty of water to a boil over high heat drop broccoli florets into the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large pan heat 2-3 tbsp of olive oil with a clove of garlic, green olives, chopped lemon confit
  4. cook for 5 minutes.Drain broccoli and put in the pan. cook for other 5 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta in salted boiling water, drain and mix with broccoli.
  6. Serve it immediatelly.
