Parmesan potato wedges with home made ketchup

  • 8 large russet potatoes
  • 60 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of grounded pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and drain the potatoes, cut into wedges.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil place into the bowl with the mixture, gently toss until wedges are well coated.
  5. Line a large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheets, .
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown. .
  8. Serve warm with homemade ketchup.
