Parmesan potato wedges with home made ketchup

- 8 large russet potatoes
- 60 g grated parmesan cheese
- 80 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of grounded pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Wash and drain the potatoes, cut into wedges.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil place into the bowl with the mixture, gently toss until wedges are well coated.
- Line a large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheets, .
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown. .
- Serve warm with homemade ketchup.
